On 11/19/2016 I purchased a prepaid 123 rewards card only to find out I had to put additional funds on the card to use it. Well I called customer service and was on hold for like 30 minutes to find out the situation. Put in for a personalized card to come in the mail so I can add the funds to which turn out to be 5 to 10 business days, got the cars 2 weeks later only to find out again I can't use the card because the system itself deactivated... I truely believe this company has been HACKED 3 times in the last three months. I have constantly change my routing number because of "securety issues" they tell me. I've called payroll three times because of the 123 stuckyou rewards card. The only reward you get from this company is a middle finger and a kroger bag full of ***. Customer service hold time is at least 2 hours.

I purchased 3 KPF Prepaid cards recently, and loaded $500 on each. I have had major issues with 2 of the 3 cards. When I have called into the customer service number 866-265-8419, I received inaccurate information and was talked to in an inpolite and inappropriate manner by customer service agents. The new online statement is so confusing. I'm switching to something else. It shows the same transaction 2 or 3 times. Frustrating!!!

Was great until 11/1 when they insist that you register card. Spent hours on hold to accomplish this with 2 cards. Will not be getting these again after using them for years

The added update SUCKS the big cahoonas. Three seperate days tried getting the operator and was on hold 30 min each time before finally hanging up in frustration. This system needs to be trashed and whomever signed off on this fiasco should be FIRED!!!

The same KPF card I have been using for the last several years was declared inactive after the recent system 'upgrade'. I was able to contact Customer Service via phone and have the card returned to active status, but now neither it or the backup KPF card will work on any PayPal based retailer's site. i have used this card for almost two years and it was good. NOW that they "upgraded" the online site IT WONT WORK FOR WHAT I WANT IT FOR. DOSNT WORK ON PAYPAL, THE WORLDS BIGGEST ONLINE PAYMENT COMPANY! ofcourse i didnt find out til after i put my hard earned money on it just in time to pay for five auctions i won on ebay. They are holding up additional money for a bill I paid. Tried to tell me it was the merchant account doing it.said I would have to wait 21 days for it to resolve. Their customer service representative was arrogant and rude. Pulling my direct deposit asap.pissed off and taken advantage of!
