After 5 months of exhausting efforts to get my 123 reward points redeemed from my 9300 points that I've earned over one and a half years, and being transferred to several different departments which would not help, hung up on, put on hold for hours and just plain said "We can't help you" I've come to the conclusion that this "Earn Free Groceries" and "Cash Coupons" are completely fraud!Kroger, US Bank and Smith's have made me feel so horribly betrayed and foolish for being a loyal customer for over 25 years.
I am now being ignored for trying to resolve this issue. This experience has indeed been sickening and wrong. I've never heard of a large company treat their customers so badly and with such ignorance.
This program is misleading and false and needs to be addressed publicly.Kroger and Smith's have insulted and hurt this loyal customer for the last time.
